Is there a 2020 version of Criteria Multifamily Specifications Companion Matrix?

Kerry-There is a criteria checklist showing mandatory and optional (for points) criteria. Is this what you are asking?

No, I am looking for the spreadsheet that tracked spec sections to the criteria. I am also looking for the actual specification language you had created for the 2015 Criteria.

Is it 60 days after substantial completion or final project completion?

Thanks, Perla! Postbuilds are due within 60 days of project completion, which we often identify by when the project received the C of O.

Is WELL Criteria the same or different than Fitwell?

Clarification - C of O is not final completion. There are often many days between the two and getting documentation from the contractor is hard enough at final completion. C of O is impossible.

Could you get Masterspec to incorporate EGC into their templates, the way they did with LEED?

Thanks, Kerry. C of O is just one way in which we recommend pin pointing that date for certification, but defer to project teams to determine whether the project is fully complete, and verified to the extent that a complete Postbuild application can be submitted.
