The following is needed for green construction MIP benefits on a HUD deal:i. Conduct a Statement of Energy Design Intent (SEDI) Energy Model. SEDI will need to score 90or above.ii. Create a data collection plan for how the property will gather data going forward1. Using data release forms is not an accepted method2. Must use master meters, have a utility that provides aggregated data to PM for the entireproperty, or have a monitoring program in place (typically requires master meters)iii. Make a commitment to obtain an Energy Star for Existing Buildings
